As the Quality Manager for the West Africa Container Terminal (WACT) office interior project, I oversaw the completion of a 45,000 square foot workspace in Port Harcourt Onne within an impressive 90-day timeframe. Tasked with ensuring high standards and efficiency, I worked diligently on this significant undertaking.

The WACT office was strategically designed to meet the unique needs of the terminal, offering a modern and functional workspace. The project involved the transformation of the office into a dynamic environment, aligning with the professional standards expected in the industry. With a focus on accommodating diverse work styles and fostering collaboration, the office space was organized into various sections, including formal meeting areas, informal collaboration spaces, and focus zones.

The design emphasized an open, bright, and functional layout, incorporating exposed ceilings for a contemporary feel. Sound mitigation strategies, including acoustical wall treatments, were implemented to create a conducive work environment. Additionally, nature-inspired materials, such as stone, wood, and greenery, were thoughtfully incorporated to establish a connection between the workspace and the surrounding environment.

The completion of this project not only met the functional requirements of WACT but also adhered to a strict 90-day timeline, showcasing efficiency and quality in project management. The successful delivery of the WACT office interior project reflects the commitment to excellence and high standards that are synonymous with both the terminal and the team involved in its development.
