Plaster Surface dry before application of P.O.P. / RCC surface hacked for bonding.

All undulations removed and grinding done wherever necessary (offset etc.)

Ceiling is thoroughly brushed and washed with water spray &wire brush to remove patching tape & dust.

Ensure that all corners of ceiling are at right angles.

Thickness of gypsum shall be limited to 8 mm for ceilings & 12 mm for walls.

Ensure that level pads are at corners/ends.

Work done from upside to downside starting from ceiling.

Mixing done in clean buckets/ trays and make sure that old left out mix not used with new mix at any time. Use in specify time.

Surface is smooth after application of and plumbs, right angles maintained (check using proper tools).
+6mm up to 3m, +10mm up to 7m

Floor cleaned after completion of work on the same day.

Extra material removed with the help of knife strip. (Protect the floor).
